Bedroom and hallway (approx 20msq) need regibbing, coving, insulating, plastering, new skirting around 5 (yes 5) doors. Access down short path from street, but most materials (gib, plaster, skirting) already onsite. Will paint myself and clear rubbish. No plumbers/sparkies needed. Old 1950s flat, mostly renovated - this is the last stage.
