Job description
Bedroom / Garage / En-suite Addition Approx 42sqm of addition to existing weatherboard house on the flat with easy access. Job will require extending one bedroom and addition of 3rd bedroom, and en-suite to existing master bedroom and garage. See sketch. Resource consent has been granted and application for building consent has been lodged. Please reply with EMAIL ADDRESS for full plans which will be emailed to those interested in quoting. On-site work to start 14 November.

Ian's great communication, flexibility and professionalism won TwoStepsUp this job. Ian's team lived up to our expectations. They were not the cheapest quote we recieved but were by no means the dearest either. The job did overrun time-wise but this was largely a supplier issue and unseasonal Wellington weather. Ian's flexiility and ability to work well with our sub-contractors really made the difference in giving us confidence that our renovations were being done - especially considering we were living overseas while they were being done and had never even met Ian and his team until the job was almost done! Needless to say we have recommended TwoStepsUp to several of our friends and collegues that are considering renovations.
