Exterior timber stairs to be built

I need someone to build or install pre-made timber stairs behind our house. It's to lead from a path along the side of our house to the top section, above a concrete retaining wall. The height of the stairs is about 2 metres and 8 treads. It can be anchored at the top onto a solid concrete retaining wall. We need a small landing built at the top of the stairs (about 1200mm x 1200mm). These are detailed in the attached plans as a guide. Further to the plans, I will need a small fence built along the length of the retaining wall to comply with council regulations (retaining wall higher than 1.5m). The fence will be about 4 metres long.
