Replace gib, working around existing bath, shower, vanity, plumbing and electrical fittings (I plan to get electrician to replace towel rail, lighting, fan etc.). There's a rigid board (pressed-plastic?) fitted over the top of the existing gib that I will pull off and I'm expecting to need to replace some or all of the Gib underneath it.
