Rangehood installation

I have purchased a Sirius DL520 Rangehood. It will replace a tilta-hood. I need it installed. Some adjustment to the existing cabinetry will be required. Some electrical work may be required also. I am hoping to use the existing ducting but can purchase new ducting if required.
