Assorted Exterior Building Maintenance

We have a bunch of small jobs. Would be good to just get it all done in one. - New locking door for under house area. - Repair of a few slipped weatherboards. - Replace barge board, gutter and some roof iron where a tree clipped it. - A decking handrail next to that. - Repair of a planter box. - Replacing a bathroom vent with something can stand the wind. And one to talk about: - Fixing the lowest board of the house.
