I have a deck that is attached to the house's foundation wall. The existing (x10) bolts are rusting and need replacement. Ideally, they are replaced with something stainless steel that would not rust, and the old bolts removed or cut off flush with the foundation to prevent future rust streaking. Easy access on both sides of the foundation and under the deck (I'll have the water tank and compost bin moved before you start). I think the existing bolts are m8 galvanised bolts painted, I would expect that something bigger would be required for code these days, I'll take your guidance on that.

The job was more challenging than my basic description, but Riley did a great job. He kept our home tidy and he is a good communicator
