Post removal of a ceiling in a downstairs bedroom, we have discovered some floor joists that are compromised, and potentially some other timber, and want an assessment of what will need to be replaced, and then, pending the outcome, a plan to remediate along with a quote/estimate

Top guy. Thorough, knowledgeable, straight up. Identified the issues, gave clear description of remedies, knowledgeable on codes/compliance, on time. Was after an assessment only and never felt for a second he was trying to angle for a job - so trustworthy. Described himself as having a very high attention to detail, a quality I value in a builder. In summary, an on-to-it guy I will get back for my next building job.
