Deck replacement

Hi there, Keen on a carpenter to replace our existing deck. Current deck was painted over by previous owner, have had two incidents of a chair going through it. Likely just needs the decking replaced for most of it. Also possible that one or two joists need some work / replacement, but unsure. Current wood is pine. Fine with pine, but happy to talk about more resilient material if the price difference isn't crazy. Obviously keen to keep costs down, particularly as we may not be here long term. Also keen to replace the sleepers that border the deck and the lawn. Have uploaded rough measurements and photos. Ideally would get the work done prior to 22 February. However if not feasible, work can begin following that weekend. Cheers James

Sam made this a comfortable experience from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with our deck. He was even happy to add a couple of minor jobs, and helped engage a plumber for a carpentry-plumbing fix, saving us heaps of stress. He and his father and law were very friendly and trustworthy. Work 5/5: Great quality deck. Looks amazing, feels solid. Cost 5/5: Quote was reasonable. No unexpected costs. Schedule 5/5: 2 weeks estimated and 2 days early! Comms 5/5: Great comms.
