I would like a relatively new single garage converted into a sleep out. Batted, lined and up to the building code. It has to be done legally with permits. A CCC has to be issued by the council. Completed ASAP. If you require photos or can come onsite to inspect and do a quote that would be perfect. I currently have 2 quotes and would like another 2 before awarding the job.
