Several small jobs, mostly internal work. Remove 2 metres of internal wall and insert beam to maintain integrity of wall and to open kitchen to dining room. Remove internal kitchen door and wall across. Build an internal wall(approx 3.5metres)and add door(supplied by owner)to create a bedroom. Cut hole in external wall for new aluminium window(approx 1500 wide by 1200 high) and insert window. Remove two internal doors and replace with wall and smaller door(to be supplied by owner) to create separate toilet. Extend an internal bottom step to create a cover a pipe that will run across the floor.
