Check for rotted timber on soffits/eaves and quote repair cost

House that we plan to purchase has some exposed / stained timber on two low point of the eves where the spouting downpipes are. Looks like this might have some rot, we would like a builder to check and advise cost to repair. This is a lockwood home in case that affects the cost.
