Building an ensuite/ walk in wardrobe extension.

Building an ensuite/walk in wardrobe extension on a brick home which is in raised on foundations, ideally extention will be 12-16m² including a 2x3m walk in robe and a 2x3m/1x3m ensuite. Colour matching brick is not necessary, as we will be painting all the brick and can paint to match. Purely after building being done at this stage I intend on sourcing and facilitating the fixed floor covering and bathroom set up ect. Job could be started mid April. Just purchasing home at this stage aren't ready to "break ground at this stage"
