We are looking for a LBP that can complete some remedial work to an ensuite alteration that we did. We will require a record of work completed and photos of completed work as well as LBP records so we can submit to council and not require an additional inspection. Here is the work that needs to be completed: 1. Strandboard flooring to sub-floor area requires blocking between joists to support sheet edges as there is no edge support at external wall. 2. Ceiling runner to the roof space that supports the ceiling joists of Bed 1 and Bed 2 is floating as no blocking in place to supporting walls. Existing ceiling runner of bed 1 and bed 2 currently floating as not supported on new wall framing. 3. Underpurlins supporting raters in the roof space in proximity to the ensuite require struts to be installed for support. 4. Ensuite window does not appear to be installed to prevent the ingress of exterior moisture. No head flashing and no scribers fitted on the sides of the facings. Access to roof space is via main hole. Access under house is quite tight with maximum 60cm to move (manhole on front porch).
