Urgent floor repair/replacement, New bathroom, and Kitchen

The kitchen and dining room floor requires urgent repair or replacement. The floor is dipping below the entire east wall, obviously a bearer has gone. I need a kitchen (move oven and put in extractor) Bathroom refurb using alternative vanity, shower over bath. Some rot in dining room window, unsure of the extent. Reline bedroom walls - extremely damp room Toilet replaced. Old style loo with a breather. Rotted beam to be replaced exterior of house, front and back. Will involve re-plastering. Look at methods to stop the garage flooding.
