Carport / Roof removal and replacement with Clear Lite
Job description
1970s Brick and tile unit with concrete tile roof. Roof flows down from house and over carport and internally lined roof. Rotting beams etc. Need concrete tiles removed, old rotten wood removed and replaced with new and clear lite added instead of the heavy concrete tiles. Duplex unit on rear has replaced with clear lite (Last photo). Roof area is approx 6m x 4m.

Thomas is unreliable & unprofessional non communicative. Failed to show up several times. Substandard job that 2 LBPs viewed & said was unacceptable, not up to any level of building standard. Shoddy workmanship they would be embarrassed by. Not an acceptable repair solution which was permanent. Covered my shed door so no access. Work removed. Kept $985 of the $2485 i paid. Has now sent an unhinged email threats demanding more money and legal action. Unbelievable, he shouldn't be on this site.

"This is unfinished work that was asked to be removed 30mins after it went up, this was Temporary and would of came down after the repair was done no standards was needed WE WERE WORKING ON A TIGHT BUDGET. we priced to rebuild the carport originally but she didn't have the money after we fell out we made an agreement but she changed her mind after we paid her back and she started harassing us so we told her we would take her to court if she didn't stop as we had done everything she asked"
