Basement Rental plaster
Job description
Hi there, we were flooded last year in the January floods and are just now fixing the damage. The job is to plaster and sand to good paintable finish. There is a lounge, bedroom and two smaller rooms. Other than one area only 600mm around the base of the rooms needs to be stopped. There is only one area where a wardrobe was taken out that is floor to ceiling. There arE also two small arrears in a laundry. Keen on immediate start. Area is clean and dry and well lit. Happy with any working hours that suit ( early morning/ late evening) to get it done ASAP

Dan turned up when he said he would and communicated well throughout the multiple visits. He was polite, professional and worked very cleanly and left everything tidy on completion. Very good experience and would not hesitate in recommending Dan. I will certainly be using Dan for my next project.
