Project currently in for building consent. - Kickoff mid December/January Relocation of a 3 bedroom house and relocation of 2 flats onsite. Flat section easy access. Decks labelled A - F Require 3 small decks with stairs Require 3 entrance stairs with handrail and landing All landings/decks 450mm above ground Timber pine H3.2 merch and stairs to meet Building code (tread and risers) Please provide a quote for budget. Scope may change subject to Building consent. many thanks
