Job description
repairs to 2 storey rental. some floor upstairs and jib ceiling downstairs, Renovate 2x kitchen areas using something like Bunnings premade cabinetry + a few other 'bits'. Looking to get done asap as new tenants moving in soon.

I would not recommend this builder for anything other than the most basic small tasks. He quoted for the work , started ok but when it came to the more complicated work became very unreliable, and the level of workmanship was abysmal. He then refused to finish the quoted works unless I paid more money and took me to court as I withheld a small sum until he finished the job. Taken so long to write a comment as I've been waiting for the court judgement which has found in my favour.

"These statements are incorrect. The case was dismissed, meaning they didn't rule in anyone's favor. You know very well that the work stated in the scope of works were completed to a satisfactory standard. Me not wanting to do additional work for you for free is what resulted in this review. Therefore I would not recommend that anyone does work for you unless if they want to operate at a loss."
