Hi there We are looking for a scope and fee to convert our ~28m2 old garage space beneath our 1959 bungalow house (at 235C Titirangi Road) into a rumpus / office / guest space. The dimensions of the room are: - Height from floor to lowest part of existing ceiling beams: 201mm - Width: 414mm - De --- We would like for the room to be open plan (i.e one big room) with a small ensuite (shower and toilet) with some storage cupboards along the north-eastern walls. It already has electricity and some lighting. We want the fit out to be cost-effective, doesnโt need to be fancy, just look modern. We will do painting ourselves. I have attached some photos of the room as it currently exists. Please advise if you are interested and available to provide a quote for the above works.
