Building repairs

Just a few repairs and modifications such as mainly moving a downpipe a bit further, fix the gutter of a leaking gutter, a bit of work on a deck and a window flashing. I can wait for a while if busy although the leak in the shed is a bit of a worry. Am looking for someone who is professional, qualified and experienced as I have had my share of shoddy jobs. Thanks.
