Need a couple of building fixes around the house
Job description
Have a couple of fixes around the house that I'd like quoted separately so I can phase out and group repairs based on my budget. Main fixes are detailed below. - Fixing some broken fibre cement cladding around the subfloor and garage wall. - Repair cracks around Chimney and seal gaps between Chimney and dwelling. - Replacing multiple rusted and missing nails on the rood with roof screw fixing that has a large rubber washer. - Couple of downpipes clips are loose and needs fixing. - Fix broken/loose downpipe behind heat pump. - Repair one small damaged Soffit at the front corner of the dwelling. - Replace one broken part of polycarbonate roofing. - Replace rotten timber framing around garage door. - Repair leaning gate post - Main front door is not closing tightly and requires adjustment
