Replace Toilet/laundry floor because of leak.
Job description
We require a qualified builder to report to insurance company on damage to flooring in laundry and toilet because of a leak in the inlet pipe to the washing machine; then remove old damaged particle board and replace to affected areas approx. 4-5m squared. Check for any structural damage and report back.
