What looks like water damage to the external cladding on the front wall of this unit, which has a ranch slider. The rain on Friday caused flooding into the unit which appears to have come from this area. The drain by the door was unable to cope and the water rose up and around the bottom of the door. We need the wall checked and made waterproof again.
