Job description
Dry rot on stud by window. No longer leaking but cripple stud severely rotten and looks very historical and possible stud from baseplate to top plate may need repairing. Also may need possible repair required to sill below window. Work has previously been done on this wall when during painting and repair it was identified. However; during recent moisture test of house it was identified a leak was present in this area. On removal of piece of gib the attached was identified. The last builders have not gone far enough across to where this issue has been subsequently located. Would like this repaired as soon as possible

Excellent job and went out of the way to make sure all areas were correctly repaired. Please note job was to repair rotten studs and base plate up to gib installation only. Would highly recommend Sam and would happily use again if required.
