New foot-step and ceiling repair required

Hi there 1. At a self contained unit at my rental property, I require a step to be built, this is for the safety of future tenants. The existing step up onto the bathroom is about 300mm, so a step at 150mm will make it safe. I am open to ideas and options. 2. The second part of the job is a ceiling repair, there was a leak from upstairs which was recently fixed and dried out, but to access it the ceiling had to be peeled away. I am looking for a good clean finish with re-painting of that area. The affected area is about 1.5m x 1m. The area downstairs is vacant at the moment so the job can begin immediately if we agree on a fair price.

Great quality of work, very good paint finish in particular. Was a slight delay due to a family emergency but communication was clear and work was completed swiftly on new date. I would highly recommend Nuri as their lead time is reasonable as well.
