Rumbus & Laundry Refurb
Job description
We want a builder to assist with: a rumbus room (5m x 4m) and a laundry (2.1m x 2m) in the downstairs area of our house that we would like to refurbish. The rumbus walls require re-gibing, some reframing, and insulating (batts). Part of two walls have a concrete block area that also needs a water proofing sealant before the gib is applied. The laundry also requires re lining with aqua gib. Other tradesman will be required (e.g. plasterer, plumber, electrician) which we are happy to coordinate with the builder as required
