Replace top and bottom mouldings

We need to get our baseboards and ceiling moulding replaced within the next few weeks, of which we are planning to purchase ourselves. We'll probably paint them before installation as it'd be easier than after. They just need to be cleanly cut and put on. We can remove the current ones unless someone can incorporate that in for a reasonable amount. We would also pay a reasonable extra if the handy man can patch and paint the nails once installed.
