Job description
We want to connect 2 rooms in our 1980's Lockwood house. This would involve establishing if a wall is load-bearing, removing said wall, creating a new division wall in one end of the new room. and constructing 2 wardrobes. The walls to be removed are circled in the attached plan.

A great job has been done by Richard. Very satisfied with the result. He was especially gracious when we wanted to change the scope of the work halfway through to preserve a window that we had initially agreed to remove. Quite easy to talk to and understood our plan well. That said, I had to call him to get updates and schedules. Will definitely request his services in the future.
