Efficient cosmetic renovation

Hi there, I've purchased a house and I'm wanting to renovate the basement to add value to the property, My intention is to renovate under schedule 1 so no consent is required. I want to add 2 extra bedrooms, a kitchenette, floors, painting and re-do the bathroom that has not got consent yet. The intention is to finalize it within 4 to 6 weeks.
