Renovation work (walls insulation - partial floor replacement - double glazing)
Job description
Hi there, We are planning to replace our old aluminium frame windows we have throughout our house with quality double glazed windows and also insulate our external walls which may require some additional bracing (house dated 1969) to meet current building code requirements (need the service of a licenced building practitioner) There are 8 bay windows and 4 standard ones (all aluminium framed, circa 1980) We were hoping to undertake the work next summer (summer 2021). There are approx 8sqm of chipboard that need lifting and to be replaced with native timber. Thanks Alex

Matt and Seb spent approximately 3.5 months renovating our 3 bedroom bungalow house (January to April 2021). The scope was fairly dense (check Google review for details). Matt’s communication has been excellent. He has been consistently in touch with us to communicate on progress, questions and problems. He has also excellent knowledge of the Building Code. Matt and Seb did an amazing job in our house and guided us in the most competent and professional manner throughout.
