Have a hard to close door

Doors been hard to close for a while now haven't been able to look at this myself. Can see from the photo its contacting the top of the door frame. I think this happened after it slammed a couple months ago. Looking for someone to rehang, unsure but I think it needs to be resecured, really just make it close easy again. I don't imagine this being a long job, have a door stuck door handle that needs to be looked at as well almost like the lock doesn't open fully when I push the handle down the entire way. Interested in hearing offers cheers.
