Finishing and general building

Have a few building jobs to finish around the house. Can be done in one lump or spread out as in between job fillers. - Window flashings above 5 windows (retro fitted) - weatherboard fitted down side of balcony (approx 3m x 1.5m space - tidy up of surfeit - tidy up at ends where guttering has been turned into 'external guttering from internal guttering, so the ends where it is beside two walls needs tidying up. Will also at some stage need a balcony fence - but that can be a seperate job.

I have done a very wide range of jobs from project managing new houses to renovation work on old villas. Over the years I have built a small team to work alongside me.
