Replace floor from leaked water tank
Job description
General builder required for a few reno jobs over the coming months including replacing window / door, kitchen reno and and prep for new kitchen. Firstly though, we need the floor replaced & prepped for new flooring around a load bearing wall from a previous leaking tank. The area is reasonably small (about 2 sqm) but needs to be done prior to insulation inspection on 17th June if possible. Happy to remove the kitchen cabinet & existing vinyl if easier as wanting to replace it all anyway. Thanks!

Sam went above and beyond the job described.. He came to replace a floor and found that my load bearing wall was unsupported ( I wondered why that floor was sinking! 😂) so he practically saved my house from crashing down and didn't charge me much extra for it. He was very tidy, very quick, very affordable and I am very happy with the results.. Will be definitely using these guys again!
