I need a few things done,tighten the ends of 4 or 5 sheets of roofing iron,it is not a steep roof.Raise the guttering on 2 sides of the house where it is sagging slightly,and get rid of the rot in some timber at the base of window frame and bog it.The window is accessible from the ground
