Heritage home extension

1930s heritage home requiring internal renovation and ground floor extension. Works required end Jan 2020. Looking for a building quote from those who may have availability at that time and solid references for previous work. We would like to complete phase 1 only as per the attached crude mock-ups, essentially completing the ground and 1st floor extensions and connecting those spaces with the existing house ONLY. All other spaces remain as per current building. There are existing council consented plans that we will be following, can provide when we start messaging. Thank you, Ngaio
