Leaking Bathroom
Job description
Our rental property has a leak in the downstairs bathroom. I suspect the seals between the Shub and the wall linings have given way causing water to leak down the wall under the bath and into the lounge. We cannot tell if the water has caused further damage behind the wall lining or under the bath. We dont want a quick fix that could happen again in a few months. It is a rental so needs to be hard wearing functional repair.
