Need a cost per sqm - FOUR attached townhouses job

Hi, We've got a resource consent to subdivide and build 4 terrace houses in Massey (2-levels). Each house will be approx 140 sqm with one single garage, long run roof and standard timber weatherboard I've received a quote from a large company for approx. $1800/sqm (GST inclusive). Please quote your (low spec) cost per sqm for a full/turn-key build and another for a lockable shell (up to GIB stopping stage, so no kitchen, no flooring, no painting). I'm looking for quotes under $1800/sqm (including GST) Also let me know if you're happy for me to bring my own plumber and electrician as they've done work for me before and i might be able to get a better price. Please note that you'll need to be able to sign off work against the council, or get someone else to sign for you, as well as issue PS3/4 as required, thanks
