Renovations 1950s single storey rural home

Hi there, We have just moved into a 1950s home in Waitakere Auckland. We have a few stages of renovations that we would like to commence ASAP. To be done at seperate stages dependant on costs. I do believe that the property does have an asbestos issue to take note of as well. 1. Removal of two load bearing walls (single storey building). No obvious signs of electrical running thru. 2. Exterior cut out to introduce sliding doors. 3. Introduction of a internal sliding door into the bedroom to create walldrobe division. 4. Deck measuring roughly 5m by 7m.
