Bearer replacement and window replacement
Job description
We need a licensed building practitioner to: * Remove and replace a borer/termite damaged bearer under the house. There may be additional timbers requiring replacement - investigation required. Height clearance under house varies from approx. 1m to 40cm. and * Remove a rotten window and replace with new french doors. There will be some work (less than 10m2) with asbestos required for the installation of the doors. We require a contractor who will work with asbestos safely and who will obtain a clearance certificate at completion of work.
