Kitchen / Lounge renovation
Job description
I require a licensed builder for a 1960's weatherboard house kitchen / lounge renovation. Project involves but is not limited to: *) removal of three load bearing walls *) installation of three load bearing beams *) replace several piles *) install wall lining (Gib Braceline in some areas as per design) *) co-ordinate with electrician and plumber *) ... Structural engineer and draftsman have been engaged. Consent application was lodged mid February 2018 so expect work can begin in the next few weeks. Current state: *) wall linings and some nogs removed *) door jambs and glass pane removed *) kitchen removed

Dan and his team did an amazing job. Highly professional, super easy to deal with and a really quick turn around. Dan followed the brief to a tee, managed council inspections and sub trades, provided sound recommendations and advice when needed, went the extra mile on request and completed the job within budget.
