Rusting cladding and rotten framing repair

Cleared away a pile of compost and garden clippings to reveal rusted holes in the sheet cladding and a rotten base board on our 6m long garage. Am looking to prevent water from making its way into the building either through flashing or replacing the rusted section of cladding, and to replace the base board and any other rotten framing along one 6m wall of garage. Wall is partially covered on the interior (1.75m) but I can remove this for you if you want; will be replacing it anyway.
