Rotting beam, and window seal replacement

We require a builder who is able to look at an external structural beam on our residential house, which appears to be rotting. We require a quote for work to fix the rotting so it doesn't spread further along the beams, and maintains the structural integrity of the beam. We are not time-sensitive and are more concerned about achieving a safe, long-term result for an affordable price. Also we require someone to replace external window seals which have worn down due to wear & tear, where required on the house.
