Under house excavation/concrete
Job description
I have an elevated Lockwood/Initial 3 bedroom house in Massey that I would like to excavate and concrete an area underneath of approx 40m2. As the section is sloped, the house foundations are at different levels so some may need resetting deeper as a result. I'm not an expert but keen to complete the project if feasible so hoping I can get some guidance as to what is required to get the work done to council standards.

Brilliant team of guys who unlike many builders work with you to find possible alternatives to costly concepts. Darren & Darren did everything possible to achieve what I wanted to do and then some within my budget whilst still doing a good quality job. Highly recommend and hope to work with them again.
