New Extension (Kitchen) & Bathroom renovation
Job description
I am wanting to build an extension onto my existing 1960's weatherboard home approx 40m2 which will house a new kitchen and renovate the existing bathroom area which entails interior wall relocation etc. The new extension is basically a stand alone build joined to the existing house via a flat pitch corridor type structure.Working plans have been drawn up for quotation but not lodged for consent at this stage pending costs for the build. I am looking to proceed this summer, say Oct/Nov start. Am looking for a one stop shop for the build ie. project managed, built, subbies blah blah....

AJ, his staff and the subcontractors he utilised to help complete our project were all a pleasure to deal with. Good communication on all aspects of the build, including, budget, programme, unforeseen problem solution, and clear, concise, breakdown on invoicing. Great level of quality craftsmanship, tidy worksite and overall project management. Nothing was a problem. I cant recommend AKL Build enough. Karl and Alannah
