I require a new external door to be created to allow access to a storage area under the stairs, behind the downstairs powder room. Dimensions of door would be about 1250 x 600mm and into a plaster over fibre cement portion of the house, so proper flashing required. Currently have an small trap door from the laundry into the area but that is impractical, and with shelving going up there will get worse. Plaster portion of the house will be painted along with any remedial work done from the 14th, which will fix any chipping and double check seals of work done.
