Kia Ora, we are a Kohanga Reo based in Wairoa & currently seek qualified registered licensed building practitioners that are available to start immediately for our job in question. We lease an ex school site that requires internal work to become code compliant as well as seismic strengthening works to the site in question. We currently have consent from our local council and seek a motivated team of experts to complete this phase of our project. If you are what we're looking for we would love to hear from you & will be available to speak to at any point to talk further. We require quotes for the jobs in question & will not necessarily take the cheapest option. We need a team that will be able to commit to a deadline that we will discuss if we are to proceed forth. As stated, we require immediate start, no later than Friday 15th March. Time is tight, but we only want those that can achieve!! Look forward to speaking to those interested.

As we have not yet finalised everything, costs are yet to be determined. We do however, value the poromptness and efficiency that was undertaken in completing the quotes for this job at hand and would recommend Luke from Smith & Sons for any job, at this point in time. We do not, have any comments about the level of workmanship, as stated, they have not yet begun!!!
