Ceiling/Roofing repair due to black mould etc

An electrician found black mould in our ceiling/roof cavity. This is in a few places. We also have a bedroom ceiling and bathroom ceilings that may need to be replaced as a result. There is evidence of water getting into an outside light sensor too under our front porch and this porch roof may not be watertight which impacts the two outside doors. Lastly the bathroom vanity has had water under it and black mould was recently removed from this, there may be damage underneath it.
