Hi We are looking for a licensed building practitioner to build an approx 12sqm extension to the ground floor of the house. Basically it is quite a simple extension as it is a 12sqm box that will be attached to the side of the house, then make a hole through side of house connecting to existing hallway. The extension will be a third bedroom. We have plans drawn up and building consent approved by the Council. So all ready to go.
