Princes St: Garage repair

Two unit /two owner property in Cambridge. - with x2 single co-joined garages (separated by block wall) Garages circa 1960s. Leaks/lets water in. Minimal overhangs, block wall foundation (doesn't let water out), minimal flashings, gutters slope insufficient to drain water + driveway too high so will not help. Have repaired what I can along with replacing some roofing nails. Quote required to repair/replace/demolish
